Port City Colombo

Port City Colombo is a multi-service Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Sri Lanka, designed to be an extension of Colombo’s Central Business District. Strategically located along South Asian trade routes, it offers state-of-the-art infrastructure, advanced technology, and favorable regulations to attract businesses and investors.
The development encompasses five distinct precincts: the Financial District, Central Park Living, Island Living, the Marina, and the International Island. These areas will feature a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational facilities, including luxury villas, hotels, a yacht marina, international schools, and hospitals.
